On the occasion of International Women's Day, public awareness cum social drive campaign was Jointly organized by Rising India Youth Organization (RIYO Chandigarh)

 

On the occasion of International Women's Day, public awareness cum social drive  campaign was Jointly organized by Rising India Youth Organization (RIYO Chandigarh) and Student Association of Physical Therapy (SAPT India) at the Sarvahitkari Vidya Mandir, Dhanas (Chandigarh).

  Along with this, sanitary pads were given to the needy women and stationery was given to the needy children.  Advocate Mahesh Inder Sidhu, Senior Deputy Mayor, Chandigarh was present as the chief guest at the program and assured of all round development and empowerment of half of the population of the country.  Dr. Anil Shastri ji, Principal, Sarvahkatari Vidya Mandir made everyone aware about the safety of women. In the program, Dr. Pradeep Sarkar, Supdt. Physiotherapist,PGIMER Chandigarh, spoke about the physical and mental development of women as the keynote speaker.  Dr. Vasundhara, Director, True Wisdom, made women aware of health and hygiene.

 Shri Anirudh Uniyal, Convenor RIYO Chandigarh and Founder and President SAPT India, thanked all the dignitaries and paid homage to the mother power, saying that they are committed to empowering the nation with the empowerment of women, they have protected, promoted and all-round development of women from all the countrymen.  In the program, Dr. Upendra Goswami, Mr. Shivam Sharma, Mr. Happy Sharma and a lot of mother power and girls were present, all together took a pledge for the honor and respect of women.
