Lambasting Congress, Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath ji said that the former’s
policy is to divide and rule whereas Bharatiya Janata Party believes in ‘Sabka
Sath Sabka Vikas’.
“Since our
Government has been at the forefront, it contributed to the Assam’s progress
which was ignored during the Congress regime. They had intentionally neglected
the region putting a stop to the wheel of development here,” said the Chief
Minister while addressing a rally in Assam.
Assam had
become a downtrodden state which was unable to tackle any of its problems. With
Chief Minister Sarbanand Sonwal’s hard work and dedication and the dynamic
leadership of Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi ji, it has changed. With consistent
efforts, we have succeeded in pushing the overall development of Assam, Yogi Adityanath
ji said.
Ahead of the
Assembly Elections 2021, CM Yogi Adityanath ji attended three public rallies at
Udharbond, Silchar, and Borkhola assembly constituencies on Tuesday.
Criticising Congress for being involved in
Rhino poaching, the CM, while addressing a rally on Tuesday said that Rhino is
the state's identity but the Congress government used to smuggle its horn. As
soon as BJP came into power, it ensured the development of a society where
there is no cruelty to the animal. Our Government made sure that the message of
rhino protection is spread to every corner of the state.
The BJP star
campaigner for the upcoming Assam Assembly polls said that Infrastructure,
education, connectivity, health, women empowerment, and other initiatives are a
part of BJP’s aim for inclusive development.
It is no
wonder that the Government of India is working for the overall development of
North East India. In this regard, Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi ji has
given a new orientation to ‘ Look East and Act East Policy’ which will be the
New Engine of growth for New India.
Applauding
BJP’s work in Assam, the Chief Minister said, “In the last six years, there was
no discrimination done by the government.”
People are reaping benefits from the schemes like Kisan Nidhi, PM
Housing, Ayushman Bharat, etc of the BJP Government. Likewise, once again the double-engine government is
necessary for this assembly, CM added.

strengthen road infrastructure.
