TMC's hooliganism in Bengal is a matter of days : CM Yogi

People of WB are looking for change from corruption and anarchy

Those who oppose Ram, do not stay in power

Mamata didi gets irritated with Jai Shri Ram's slogan, I am welcomed with this slogan

Lucknow, 16th March, 2021 : Issuing a clarion call to BJP cadre in West Bengal, Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath ji said it was a matter of days when the magnificent state got rid of the hooliganism of Tirunamul Congress (TMC).

He said that the land of Bengal, had always brought change and given direction to the nation through its culture and intrinsic feeling nationalism. "Sadly, here is now the rule of hooliganism. I am shocked to see TMC's malpractices here. BJP has come here to end this hooliganism, "he declared while addressing a series of election meetings in his campaign of WB assembly polls. He was on a day's tour to West Bengal on Tuesday.

Addressing the first meeting in Purulia, he said that the tearing down the law would not last long as the people of Bengal were fed up of lawlessness and looking for a certain change.

"Imagine that the land of Bengal has given personalities like Gurudev Tagore, Swami Vivekananda, Swami Ramakrishna, Netaji Subhash Chandra Bose and Bharatiya Jana Sangh founder Dr. Shyama Prasad Mukherjee. This is the same land which has given the National Anthem and the Vande Mataram," he pointed out while venting out his pain that the same Bengal is now ruled by unscrupulous and rowdy elements.

He said only the BJP government could remove the chaos in Bengal and provide the rule of law to relieve harried population.

UP CM expressed anguish over the fact that many BJP workers lost their lives at the hands of TMC goons. Mentioning named of Monica Kumar, Kamili and Hariram Mahato, he said that they had been victims of the sufferings handed to them by TMC goons.

CM Yogi ji said that he was surprised over the irritation of WB CM by the slogan of Jai Shri Ram. "I do not know why does she gets annoyed with this, as I was welcomed by the slogan of Jai Shri Ram, "he stated adding "whoever opposed Ram did not remain in power."

He rapped the Congress along with TMC for their appeasement policy and said that there was such a generation in the country before 2014. "Their secularism used to get hurt when they visited temples but now Mamata Banerjee does 'Chandipath' and Rahul Gandhi offers obeisance at the temples even though the latter sits in the temple as if offering namaz," he pointed out while commenting "it has been ideological victory of the BJP."

The UP CM, while addressing the gathering at Bankura, used the term 'cut money' and 'todbazi' and said the TMC and Congress were indulged in such practices.

He came down heavily on the TMC government for allowing cow slaughtered in Bengal. "We have a ban on cow smuggling and moreover, we protect and respect cows," said the CM.

CM Yogi ji said that over 2.42 crore farmers have received Pradhan Mantri Kisan Samman Nidhi in four years. "If the farmers can be benefited in UP, why not in West Bengal," he asked while alleging that "the benefits of the government schemes are not allowed to reach the poor because the TMC goons encroach on these."

He said that like Uttar Pradesh, the state of Bengal also needed 'double engine government so that the welfare schemes of the Centre could be implemented here also. Have a look at UP where the government has been constructing 30 medical colleges as part of strengthening the health infrastructure. It could happen in Bengal also.

Expressing gratitude towards Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi ji for realising the dream of 'Ek Bharat, Shreshth Bharat', he said that abolition of Article 370 from Kashmir and the construction of the magnificent Ram temple in Ayodhya commenced after change of government at the Centre in 2014.

Corruption and Anarchy- the hallmark of TMC govt

CM Yogi Adityanath ji reached Medinipur to a rousing welcome amid loud chants of Jai Shri Ram. The CM, addressing the last meeting of the day, said that TMC during its tenure has only spread corruption and anarchy.

"I can say with confidence that the people of Bengal are determined to make changes. TMC has only deceived the people here. The public could not get basic facilities like infrastructure, roads, electricity and water and pushed back the state on the road of development," he said asserting "I have come to tell the people of Bengal that only the BJP has the right to remain in power."
