Lucknow,
31st March, 2021 : Chastising Congress and DMK,
Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath ji alleged that it is DMK-Congress culture to
insult women and they would not guarantee their empowerment.
Launching
a scathing attack on the previous governments for developing nepotism and
looting Tamil Nadu, CM Yogi ji said, “If they come to power, they will insult
many more women in Tamil Nadu,” adding that if BJP takes charge, it will be
working towards empowering poor, youngsters, and women of Tamil Nadu. “The
alliance of BJP and AIADMK believe that the progress of society is not complete
without the empowerment of women”, he said.
Stating
that the establishment of the Defence Corridor gave Tamil Nadu special
recognition across the globe. As a result of which Tamil Nadu’s wing commander
Shri Abhinandan combated Pakistan when India performed a surgical strike on Pak
to protect its border. CM added, “Setting up of Tamil Nadu Defence Industrial
Corridor would catalyse indigenous production of Defence and aerospace-related
items, which will lead to the generation of direct & indirect employment
opportunities.”
He
also praised the courage and valour of the captured Indian Air Force pilot Shri
Abhinandan who returned to India from Pakistan.
With
the elections just days away, BJP’s star campaigner Chief Minister Yogi
Adityanath ji addressed public rallies at Thernilai, Coimbatore, and
Virudhunagar, Madurai, Tamil Nadu on Wednesday. He also flagged-off the bike
rally in Paliamkulam.
Assuring
that BJP will only come to power in Assam and West Bengal, CM said, “If the
alliance of AIADMK and BJP win the elections together in Tamil Nadu, then we
will take the mantra of PM Modi 'Sabka Saath, Sabka Vikas, Sabka Vishwas'
forward for the development of the state.”
While
addressing a rally in Virudhunagar, CM said, “The BJP pledges that the Central
Government and the NDA Government formed in Tamil Nadu will work to establish
the University here and to provide free coaching to the youth.”
The
Government of India has provided houses to 2.5 crore people in 06 years under
PMAY and the facility has been made available to 08 crore people for free
connection of LPG. Under the Saubhagya scheme, people are getting free
electrical connections, and over 54,00,000 toilets have been built under Swachh
Bharat Mission. All this work has been done by the PM Shri Narendra Modi ji led
Central Government and the AIADMK government of the state. The alliance of
AIADMK and BJP will work together to provide a new height to Tamil Nadu, Yogi
said.
Whether
it is to pay Rs. 6,000 to the farmers of the country or the development of
metro, railways, highways, IIT, IIM, all these growths are being done on a war
footing within the country under the leadership of Shri Narendra Modi ji
without discrimination.
The
new process of development will touch new heights under the Sagarmala project.
“Within Tamil Nadu, a coalition government of AIADMK and BJP should be formed,
so that the double engine government can accelerate the pace of development,”
he said.
Under
the AMRUT Yojana, the work of supplying pure drinking water, laying of sewer
lines as well as providing all other basic facilities is currently being
undertaken by the Government of AIADMK in collaboration with the Central
Government. Once the BJP comes in alliance with AIADMK, the state will witness
development in every corner and no youth will be left unemployed.
Describing
Coimbatore as a textile hub, CM Yogi ji said that the city has left its mark
within the country and the world. It is also known as the education hub of
Tamil Nadu which has given the state a new identity and a new direction.
Congress
always played with public’s feelings
Whenever
and wherever the Congress remained in power, it only played with the faith of
the public. They did not even bother to work towards the development or welfare
of the public. Neither they made any security arrangements for women nor paid
any attention to the infrastructure development.
Whether
it was a commonwealth scam or a 2G scam, there used to be a new scam every day
under the Congress government. The same thing used to happen when DMK formed
its government inside Tamil Nadu, Yogi added.
All
above 45 to get inoculated from 1st April
The
Chief Minister while addressing a gathering said that the Government of India
has opened up its COVID-19 vaccination drive for people above 45 years of age.
All eligible should immediately get registered and get vaccinated.
Under
the visionary leadership of PM Modi ji, India has indeed managed the covid-19
situation with a mix of strategies better than even many developed countries.
The country launched two indigenous vaccines. India is the only country to
carry out the vaccine drive on such a large scale.
Ram
Mandir is the identity of India: CM Yogi
Thanking
the people of Coimbatore who contributed Rs. 120 crore in the construction of
the Ram Mandir, CM said that Ram Mandir, the largest Hindu temple of India is
not only the identity of UP but the entire country.
The
polling is scheduled to take place in a single phase on 6th April in
Tamil Nadu. The results will be declared on 2nd May.
