Corona vaccination drive should be done effectively

 

In districts with a population of more than 25 lakh,
there should be 5 thousand vaccinations daily and in
districts where the population is less than 25 lakh,
there should be vaccination of 3 thousand people every day

Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath ji has given instructions to take all necessary steps to control the Corona infection. He said that full vigilance should be taken towards Corona and contact tracing should be done with full activeness. People should be constantly made aware of the Corona, he underlined and for this, he said, public address system should be used effectively. 

People should be motivated to follow the Corona Protocol and it should be ensured that people use masks compulsorily, he stated further. The Chief Minister was on Thursday reviewing the unlock system at a high-level meeting at his official residence. He instructed officials to be extra vigilant in view of increasing cases of corona in Lucknow, Kanpur and Gautambuddh Nagar. 

He stressed the need for focus testing of Covid-19 and said that testing work has an important role in breaking the chain of Corona infection. Keeping this in mind, more and more tests should be done, he said. During the meeting, the Chief Minister was apprised that soon a focus testing drive of 13 to 15 days would be run, under which special attention would be focused on the shopkeepers, etc. 

He said that extra vigilance should be taken in the state in view of the increase in Corona cases in some states. In Uttar Pradesh, arrangements should be made to ensure contact tracing and quarantine of people coming from outside states. Maintain an effective system in relation to prevention and treatment of Corona, the Chief Minister said while asking that the Integrated Command and Control Centre established in the districts should be actively operated.

The Chief Minister said that the State Government is very sensitive to protect the people from Corona infection and pointed out how vaccination has special significance in this. Therefore, people should be motivated for vaccination, he said. He also gave instructions regarding Corona vaccination and said that this work should be done effectively. 

In districts where the population is more than 25 lakh, 05 thousand vaccinations should be done daily and similarly, in districts with less than 25 lakh, vaccination of 03 thousand people should be done daily.
