Now the policy will be made after examining the ground realities
After studying the problems at the lower level, policy formulation will be done at the state level.
Lucknow, April 26
For the overall development of Uttar Pradesh, the government will adopt the mantra of 'Planning From The Bottom' to formulate its policy.
The state government has decided that the problems at the lower level will be studied first and on this basis, a policy will be made for the state. Under this, a 'Model District Plan' will also be prepared for each district. There will be a proper brainstorming for the model district plan and the problems of every district will be studied.
Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath Under this ambitious plan, the Chief Minister has instructed the cabinet ministers to go to the field. The Chief Minister has directed that the work of the state visit of the Council of Ministers will have to be completed before the upcoming assembly session.
As many as 18 Groups of Ministers have been constituted in this regard. These 18 groups will visit 18 divisions and will be in the field from Friday to Sunday. In the first phase, after visiting the state, the responsibility of other divisions will be given under the rotation system of the ministerial groups.
The Chief Minister has directed that every team will have to stay in a district for at least 24 hours during the three-day circle tour. Senior ministers leading the team should visit at least two districts.
After the visit, the policy of the state will be decided on the basis of the ministers report. On the basis of this, separate model district plans will also be prepared for each district.
