Captain Dr. Rajshree became the first woman head of the Department of Information Technology

 

Lucknow. Acharya Captain Dr. Rajshree of the School of Information Science and Technology, Babasaheb Bhimrao Ambedkar University, Lucknow has been appointed as the Head of the Department of Information Technology after the approval of Vice Chancellor Prof. Shiv Kumar Dwivedi. Dr. Rajshree became the first woman head of the department. Registrar Prof. UV Kiran issued a letter to her in this regard and also congratulated her. Teachers and students of the department expressed happiness. Dr. Rajshree has held positions such as Deputy Proctor, Deputy DSW, NAD Coordinator, Nodal Officer Grievance Cell etc. Dr Rajshree said that during her tenure, she would try to take the department to new heights. During this, special focus will be given to new research, teaching and skill development.
