A meeting of National Organization of Bank Workers' (NOBW) Office Bearers was held at Nagpur on 12th June 2022. The following issues related to Bank Employees are discussed in the meeting.
(1) Implementation of 5 days banking.
(2) Upgradation of pension for bank employees.
(3) Anomolies under 10th 11th bi-partite settlement for bank employees.
(4) Keep the premium rates on medical insurance to the affordable level to the retired employees.
(5) Opposing outsourcing of banking function.
(6) Conversion of part time employees to full time, Uniform
policy for recruitment and promotion of watchmen, guards, drivers and part time employees in bank.
(7) Problems of women employees.
( 8 ) Scrapping of NPS and implementation of Old Pension Scheme for the employees.
